Description
- A neuraxial connector is a specially designed safety connector used for spinal and epidural procedures to prevent misconnections with IV or other tubing systems.
- It features a unique non-Luer design that ensures medications intended for neuraxial routes cannot be accidentally administered through incorrect lines.
- From 2026 onward, this connector will become the standard mandatory interface across the entire United Kingdom for all neuraxial procedures.
